Besser als Neu

'Better than New' uses the example of a facade renovation of an office building in Basel to explain what preservation and reuse of building components mean in practice. By means of the individual facade components - from the window seal to the aluminum cladding - it explains how these were dismantled, cleaned and reused, but also which materials had to be disposed of and replaced, and how all this affects the CO2 balance of the building.
