House MIM is conceived as an urban Paradise, where nature – light, greenery, and distant horizons – becomes an integral part of its composition. A fusion of contrasting dimensions, the Portuguese house dissolves rigid spatial boundaries, replacing classic circulation with a central open space that unites inhabitants in a shared experience. Systematic, functional areas intersect with open, free-flowing environments, creating a complex yet harmonious unity. With trees as notes from paradise, the design fosters an intense dialogue between interior and exterior, reinforcing collectivism as both a social and cultural foundation.
