Guest-curated by architect Markus Miessen, this inaugural edition is an open, flexible platform for transdisciplinary investigation that aims to interpret the complexity of contemporary culture by stimulating a dialogue between its multiple forms and contaminations. Central to this is the concept of the mould as conveyor of the notions of cultural imprint and press: recording the existing and generating new ideas. “Cultures of Assembly” is offered as this edition’s conceptual framework.
