An ode to a landscape. And the dedication of a landscape architect. By the end of 1994, landscape architect professor Nico de Jonge received the Oeuvre-Prijs granted by the Dutch Foundation For Plastic Arts. This prize triggered the idea of making a book about the landscape that was his working area as well as his source of inspiration: the Delta. This book shows in words and pictures multiple Facets of the magnificent borderline of land and water, of culture and nature, of existence and imagination.
