Wim Quist is perhaps best known for the many museums he has built in the Netherlands, such as the Kröller-Müller in Otterlo, the Museum of Education in The Hague and the Maritime Museum in Rotterdam. This third monograph on his work is devoted to his most recent projects, once again illustrated with images by the architectural photographer Kim Zwarts. Built work featured this time includes Museum Beelden aan Zee in Scheveningen, the Cobra Museum in Amstelveen, the Maeslant barrier in the Nieuwe Waterweg, the South Wing of Amsterdam’s Rijksmuseum and the ’M building’ for the Erasmus University in Rotterdam.
