A collaboration between renowned architect Eric Owen Moss, and innovative chef Jordan Kahn, ‘Vespertine’ details the process behind the avant-garde restaurant of the same name located in Culver City, California. Affectionately nicknamed ‘the Waffle’ due to its reticulated steel facade, the distinctive building and dramatic interiors offer guests an immersive, multi-sensory experience. Visitors travel from one floor to another in the dining process, going from dining room to kitchen, the patio and finally, the landscaped garden.
