This third book in a series of monographs on projects by h2o architects looks back at the MUE pavilion, a mobile, modular and scalable facility that is quick and easy to install, versatile and cost-effective, commissioned by a group of public players in the Bourgogne Franche-Comté region with the aim of helping to renew educational and managerial models. A place for living, co-working, experimenting and sharing, it has been designed to support events and activities throughout the year. In the age of energy sobriety, and to fit into a very tight budget, h2o turned to wood, using standard 6-millimetre-thick plywood panels.
