Shipping & Delivery
If you place an order on this site we will send you an email on the status of the order. We ship with PostNL, DPD and UPS. Call us if you wish your own courier service or faster shipping.
Prices on the website are excluding shipping. As soon as you check out postages is added to your order. For international shipping prices vary from € 6,- to 10% of your complete order. Specific deliveries a courier service is available. In some cases a book might be of exceptional weight or size we can ask for additional postage.
Ofcourse you can always come and pick up the book in our shop.

We have always the right and liberty to cancel your order and do refund. In any case. Send us an e-mail with your IBAN details and we do refund via banktransfer.
We don't hold or have credit card details so no option to do refund via credit card.
We don't send cash around the world. We only refund the amount of money from your order.
We don't do refund to any other type of payment services like PayPal, Bitcoins etc.
We are not responsible for any cost from your side like additional bank charges or credit card charges.
Privacy & Security
You can pay your order secure online via our external payment partner OGONE Igenico. We do not stock your payment details. We only use your name and address to send your order to. If you wish to receive our newsletters you can opt that during your purchase. We never share any customer details. If you wish to contact any other from our press, please send us an e-mail and we can see what is possible.
Returns & Replacements
In any case you got a misprint copy or damaged delivery we will send you a replacement as soon as possible. If you gave a book as a gift no worries, we take it as a return and will replace or reorder something else.
- we take returns on online orders within 14 days according to dutch law. We only refund the purchase of the product and not the shipping costs.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
In our physical shop we take PIN, Maestro, Visa/Master card and Amex. We take limited cash for security reasons. Online we take the same cards, Dutch customers can pay via Ideal as well. Do you have a giftvoucher, boekenbon or anything like that?Please call or e-mail us.
While completing your order you see all the items stated. As long as we did not ship your order we are able to change it by phone.
Updating Account Information
If you are recolocating please send us an e-mail and we will change your address. Placed an order but would like to change delivery address call our shop asap and we change it before posting. If additional postage is required or if our website somehow overcharged the postage, we will contact you by e-mail.
