Zijn oeuvre bestrijkt moeiteloos alle schaalniveaus; van stedenbouw en architectuur, tot aan productontwerp. Soms ontstaan er zelfs autonome objecten en geschreven cultuurhistorische beschouwingen. Het werkoverzicht toont nergens een overmatige overgave aan tijdelijke trends; het heeft, in pen en potlood, een onmiskenbaar eigen handschrift. Mogelijk komt dit mede doordat het ontwerpatelier in Maastricht is gevestigd.
