Botanical Pleasure (cat. tent. Zeeuws Museum)

In Botanical pleasure, contemporary artist Frank Bruggeman, links his own work with the natural history collection of the Zeeuws Genootschap and a unique seventeenth-century herbarium from the collection of the Stadhuismuseum Zierikzee. He sheds light on many pieces that had long been forgotten, reconnects them with Zeeland's landscape and gives them a place in our collective memory. He also created a video installation about the Hertogin Hedwigepolder in Zeeuws Vlaanderen.
