The Universe of Mats Theselius

Acclaimed Scandinavian designer Mats Theselius debuted in 1985 with his iconic Elk Leather Chair. Since then, he has assembled a large repertoire of furniture and other objects. Published on the occasion of the designer’s most comprehensive retrospective exhibition to date, this book presents not only a selection of work, but also details the process leading up to each project. Rather than show the standard sketches and prototypes, the exhibition included the actual objects that inspire Theselius, and which he references in his work.
